We transformed the empty courtyard into a green oasis of calm and gave the entrance passage character with designer lighting and modern details. We brought colour, variety and contemporary design into the interiors of the shared spaces. We gave the whole building a fresh new look without losing its original identity."

Whether you finance the purchase from your own funds or with a mortgage, you pay no commission – we are the direct owner of the property.

How to
buy

  1. Verbal reservation

    Once you decide to buy, we reserve the unit for you for 48 hours.

  2. Reservation agreementand future purchase agreement

    Within three working days of signing the future purchase agreement you pay a deposit of 10 % of the purchase price, and within three months a further 10 %.

  3. Purchase agreement

    The remaining 80 % of the purchase price is paid after the purchase agreement is signed, from a mortgage or your own funds.

  4. Handover

    Units will be handed over in Q2 2028.
